Rates & Reservations
Below are our seasonal lodge rates, the official permit and activity fees, and our transfer pricing. Permit costs are set by the Uganda Wildlife Authority; lodge and transfer figures are quoted per the current season and confirmed at booking. All prices are in US dollars.

High season: June–September and December–February. Low season: March–May and October–November. Rates are full board and include breakfast, lunch, dinner, in-room Wi-Fi, laundry, and all lodge amenities.

Gorilla permits are government-issued and strictly limited; around 160 are available daily across Bwindi and Mgahinga. We strongly advise booking three to six months ahead for high season, and earlier still for December. As of 2026, permits must be paid in full at the time of booking, and low-season discounted permits cannot be rescheduled.

Airstrip transfers to and from the lodge are included in every stay. Road transfers and scheduled flights are arranged on request and confirmed at booking.
